Be active. Stay healthy. Keep Fit!

Sign up for Texas Children’s Health Plan’s Keep Fit Program to discover fun, easy ways to stay active and make smart food choices. The program is at no cost to your family!

 

Keep Fit offers a 4-week series of exercise and nutrition classes, which include:

  • Healthy food and cooking demos
  • Fun exercises to do at home
  • Easy recipe and snack ideas
  • A prize raffle

 

This program is open to Texas Children’s Health Plan STAR and CHIP members 10-18 years of age. Members must be accompanied by an adult during each class. To sign up, call 832-828-1430 or 832-828-1580, or email education@texaschildrens.org. Space is limited.
