No. You are not responsible for paying for covered services. Doctors, hospitals, and other cannot require you to pay co-payments or any other amount for covered services.

You can also call our nurse help line at 1-800-686-3831 to ask questions about your child's health. Nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A complaint is when you are not happy with your health care or services provided by your doctor, his or her office staff, or the Texas Children's Health Plan staff.
